Level 1 Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage drainage is used post surgery, a general “flush” of your system or for pregnancy related swelling.
Helpful with headaches and sinus congestion.

**Patients with Lymphedema are recommended to receive treatment with a Level 3 Vodder trained Therapist **

Menora Marks

Menora has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013. Her clinical focus ranges from relaxation massage to deep tissue and myofascial/ trigger point release, cupping and face cupping. Reiki and energy work is a big interest of hers and therefore often included in her practice if requested. When she’s not at the office, she is out in nature, taking yoga classes or trying new desert recipes.
